Helping you cultivate peace in love, family, & identity.

Life does. the. absolute. most.
And by the time you’re thinking about starting therapy, life has probably done the most—and then some. You know you need to talk to someone, but there’s also that creeping fear that even if you do, nothing will change. Life will still, well... life.
But what if you didn’t have to go through it alone?
Hi, I’m Bisola (Bee-so-la).
I help people navigate the complexities of love, family, and identity—especially in those times when it feels like the rain won’t let up. My therapy practice is rooted in authenticity, accountability, and deep listening. I’m most passionate about:
Relationships & Couples Therapy
Helping you break toxic patterns, strengthen communication, and build the trust your relationship needs.
Teen & Young Adult Counseling
Creating a safe space for Gen Zs and Millennials to foster healthy coping skills, cultivate safety, and increase self-esteem, in an ever-changing and demanding world.
Mother-Daughter Therapy
Supporting girls and women in unpacking generational wounds and creating healthier, more fulfilling bonds.
Nigerian-American Mental Health & Identity
Navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, and personal growth in a way that honors who you are.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in a cycle of conflict, disconnection, or just not feeling like yourself, you’re not alone. Therapy with me is about breaking free from those patterns and moving toward something better.
Are we a match?

A couple always five minutes away from an argument
A Nigerian balancing cultural pressures with personal identity
A mother or daughter longing for a better relationship
Committed to the therapy process, seeking lasting change and ready to be challenged
My Story
My passion for helping people—especially women—heal their relationships started at home. Growing up in Montgomery, AL, as the only daughter of Nigerian immigrant parents, I adored my mother. I wanted to be just like her. But as much as I loved her, I also felt like I was constantly falling short. We were different in so many ways—our personalities, our perspectives, even our dreams. And that tension? It was real.
College was an eye-opener. I realized my relationship with my mother was shaping all my relationships—friendships, dating, even how I saw myself. Therapy helped me unpack that, and in the process, I found my calling: guiding girls and women to rewrite their relationship patterns, embrace their identities, and heal.

Therapy With Me
I believe love and trust are the foundations of every meaningful relationship—the one you have with yourself and the ones you build with others. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in real conversations. Therapy with me feels like sitting down with someone who gets it, but who will also challenge you to move forward.
If you’re ready to start breaking old cycles and stepping into something better, let’s talk.

A Little More About Me Personally
I’m a Nigerian, New York-born, Alabama-raised belle! When I’m not in the therapy room, you can catch me watching The Real Housewives, cooking a spicy stew, reading a good non-fiction book, or FaceTiming my family and friends—whether they live five minutes away or across the ocean.
As a woman who has never quite fit into any one box, I’m especially passionate about helping people who feel different, rejected, or like they’re constantly balancing multiple identities.
